·        Order and review title commitments, Schedule B documents, and surveys and prepare summary

·        Order and review lien and permit searches

·        Coordinate closings with title companies

·        Confirm formal requirements for real estate documentation (required signatures, notarization, places of filing, required provisions within documents, filing requirements, etc.)

·        Proofread legal descriptions against prior instruments and maps

·        Assist through all stages of residential/commercial real estate purchases and closings

·        Prepare initial drafts of real estate agreements and documents
